What personal data is collected?

We collect your name, address, phone number and/or email address, and pet information. All credit card information is relayed to our payment processor and is never stored locally.

How long is my data retained?

We are required to maintain medical records such as physical exams, diagnoses, and prescriptions for 7 years.

How and when is personal data shared with third parties?

Comfort Mobile Vet treats all client data as confidential. Client information will only be provided to a third party in the course of fulfilling services (such as facilitating cremation or burial for your pet), collecting a bill, or when compelled by a court order. At no time will our client database be sold for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.

Spam protection on our forms

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which confirms that a real person is submitting the form rather than an automated script. To do this, Turnstile collects limited technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and how you interact with the page. Cloudflare states that this information is used only to tell people apart from bots and is not used to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
